DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
We can only deliver within the United Kingdom.
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.95 on any order - going to a single delivery address.
Once an order is dispatched, the delivery aim is 2-3 working days.
We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with it, please get in touch by emailing email@example.com as soon as possible.
If you receive a product which is damaged / defective we require a picture of the item and a note which describes the reason for your replacement or refund request, within 14 days of you receiving the item. We are unable to provide replacements or refunds without proof of damaged / defective goods. However, if you are able to provide reasonable evidence of the damage / defect, we will refund or replace the item free of charge.
We do not accept cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Refunds will be issued in the same tender as the original purchase. Please allow a maximum of 14 working days for your refund to be issued. Thank you.
